Description

The 23d Contracting Squadron's Services Flight is planning to award a one-time service to establish a firm-fixed price contract to provide all non-personal services to include: labor, equipment, materials, and related items necessary to provide Tactical Medical Training for the 38th Rescue Squadron, Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. The primary purpose of this posting is to conduct Market Research. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for details. The designated NAICS code is 611699, with a size standard of $16.5M.

Background
The 23d Contracting Squadron’s Services Flight is planning to award a one-time service to establish a firm-fixed price contract to provide all non-personal services to include: labor, equipment, materials, and related items necessary to provide Tactical Medical Training for the 38th Rescue Squadron, Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. The primary purpose of this posting is to conduct Market Research.

Work Details
38 Rescue Squadron (RQS) requires a commercial company to conduct a pre-deployment Full Mission Profile (FMP) and a National Registry Paramedic refresher training course, including but not limited to Combat Clearance training, Anatomy and Physiology training, live and fresh tissue training, scenarios including Mission Planning, Casualty Evacuation (CASEVAC), Technical Rope Rescue, Extrication, K-9 medicine, Low Visibility operations, Personnel Recovery, Hostage Rescue and complete the requirements for the 48 hour Paramedic National Registry refresher course to include Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Basic Life Support, Confined Space and Structural Collapse, Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support or Tactical Combat Casualty Care and the 24 hours of mandatory core content. The course has to be conducted over a 10 training day curriculum and be repeatable biannually.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a 10 training day curriculum and be repeatable biannually.

Place of Performance
The training site is to be located within the continental United States but within 9 driving hours from Moody AFB due to fiscal constraints and flying costs.
