DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for supply and delivery of one (1) loader with one (1) mounted snowblower attachment. See Specifications attachment for complete details.
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05 (effective May 22, 2024). The solicitation number is 140P8524Q0092 and is issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial services contract. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, and the NAICS code is 333120 with an associated small business size standard of 1,250 employees.
The government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror (pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, delivery, and technical requirements.

QUOTES ARE DUE AT 5:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 1, 2024. Only emailed quotes will be accepted.
Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to mariah_schumacher@nps.gov and reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email, e.g., '140P8524Q0092 QUESTION.' Questions must be received by July 22, 2024, by 1:00 P.M. (PT). Questions received after this date may or may not be addressed.
