37th Training Group Family Retreat

Background
The 37th Training Group True North Religious Support Team (RST) has a requirement for non-personal services to support a family retreat event aimed at enhancing the resiliency of military members and their spouses.

The goal is to provide a safe, fun, and relaxing environment for couples to develop strong relationships through training provided by a chaplain. This training will focus on spiritual and emotional connection, trust, and communication.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:

A. 18 hotel rooms to accommodate families of 2-4 people for one night, available for check-in at 4:00 PM on August 29, 2025, and check-out at 11:00 AM on August 30, 2025.

B. Two conference rooms for a buffet dinner on August 29, accommodating 36 adults with audio-visual support from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and another room for 35 children with audio-visual support from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

C. One conference room for a buffet breakfast on August 30, accommodating up to 71 attendees and childcare staff with audio-visual support from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

D. Daily use of on-site amenities including fitness center, pool, parking, and in-room internet access. The contractor must ensure professional conduct by its employees and refrain from any media interactions regarding the contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of one night from August 29-30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The performance will take place at an offsite hotel or resort facility capable of hosting the retreat.
