Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking to procure front-end mulcher attachments for use at the Tyrrell and Horning Seed Orchards in Oregon. The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational efficiency of these orchards by providing equipment that meets specific safety and performance standards necessary for working on steep slopes.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
1. Mulcher Implement - Quantity: 2, Unit: EA
2. PTO Hydraulic Power Pack - Quantity: 2, Unit: EA

The mulcher attachments must meet the following salient characteristics:
- 72-inch cutting width
- Connect to front-loading arms of a tractor
- Capable of mulching up to 6-inch material
- Double row chain guards for safety
- PTO Driven hydraulic power pack with a flow rate of 20-30 gal/min
- Compatible with tractors having a minimum of 50 horsepower and a maximum of 165 horsepower
- Operate at 540 PTO RPM
- Universal mount included
- At least a one-year parts and labor warranty.
