Background
The National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona is seeking unarmed security guard services with a patrol vehicle. The purpose of this solicitation is to ensure the safety and security of the cemetery, which serves as a final resting place for veterans and their families. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing unarmed security guard services, which include but are not limited to: monitoring the premises, conducting regular patrols using a designated patrol vehicle, ensuring compliance with cemetery rules and regulations, responding to incidents or emergencies, and maintaining a visible presence to deter unauthorized activities.

The contractor must demonstrate understanding of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements and provide documentation evidencing:
(1) proposed performance work schedule;
(2) materials/uniforms (including photos) to be used at the cemetery;
(3) list of equipment including patrol vehicle(s) (with photos);
(4) a quality control plan for monitoring performance;
(5) qualifications of technical personnel including training, experience, certifications, licenses, permits, and insurance.
