This amendment for National Memorial Cemetery of AZ Alarm Monitoring is to: 1. Amend for small business opportunity. 2. Site visit opportunity shall be Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 10am (local Phoenix time). Meet outside public information building.
A requirement is needed for Alarm Monitoring (Security Only) at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona located in Phoenix, per Statement of Work. 1. Amend for small business opportunity. 2. Site visit opportunity shall be Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 10am (local Phoenix time). Meet outside public information building. If attending, please let contracting officer know company name and staff name(s) for attendance. 3. Questions can be submitted to contracting officer on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, NLT 3pm CST. Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a solicitation for Alarm Monitoring Services at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, located in Phoenix. The goal of this contract is to ensure the security and proper functioning of government-owned alarm systems through continuous monitoring, maintenance, and reporting. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing 24/7 off-site security alarm monitoring services. Key tasks include:
- Continuous monitoring of the security alarm system.
- Monthly reporting of all open/close activities and system events.

- Conducting as-needed repairs on the government-owned security system.

Period of Performance
