Amendment to Combined Synopsis Solicitation HERB/FERT FOR WV & GRAFTON NC
The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide Turf Fertilization, Pre / Post-Emergent Crabgrass, Post Emergent Broadleaf Weed Control & Grub Control Services and Insect / Disease Control Services for cemetery trees & shrubs at the West Virginia National Cemetery, located at 42 Veterans Memorial Lane, Grafton WV 26354 and the Grafton National Cemetery located at 431 Walnut St. Grafton, WV. 26354. Please see Amendment 0001 attached.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is seeking herbicide and fertilizer services for the West Virginia National Cemetery and the Grafton National Cemetery. The services include turf fertilization, crabgrass and broadleaf weed control, grub control, insect and disease control for cemetery trees and shrubs.

Work Details
The Contractor is required to provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform the specified services. The services will be provided at the West Virginia National Cemetery located at 18-56 Veterans Memorial Lane, Grafton, WV 26354 and the Grafton National Cemetery located at 431 Walnut St. Grafton, WV 26354. The contract period is from June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025 with options for renewal up to May 31, 2029.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025 with options for renewal up to May 31, 2029.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the West Virginia National Cemetery located at 18-56 Veterans Memorial Lane Grafton, WV 26354 and the Grafton National Cemetery located at 431 Walnut St. Grafton, WV. 26354.
