The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Wichita, KS, requires pharmacy shelving to support safe and efficient pharmacy operations.

The goal of this contract is to provide a complete shelving solution that meets the operational needs of the VA pharmacy while ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.

Work Details
The contractor will provide pharmacy shelving including design support, delivery, installation, and removal of existing fixtures.

The specific requirements include:
- 3 units of 6 bay joined double-sided shelving (36W x 72H) with 16 adjustable pullouts each.
- 2 units of 2 bay joined double-sided shelving (36W x 72H) with 16 adjustable pullouts each.
- 4 units of 2 bay joined double-sided shelving (24W) with 16 adjustable pullouts each.
- 1 unit of a 72-inch gondola with two bays and adjustable shelves.
- Installation services for all shelving units provided.

All shelving must be new, commercial-grade, suitable for healthcare use, and capable of being cleaned with hospital-grade cleaning agents without degradation.

Period of Performance
Delivery is expected within 120 days after receipt of order.
