The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 15 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide Radformation AutoContour software. This software is essential for enhancing efficiency in the radiation oncology workflow at the Kansas City VA Medical Center. The goal of this contract is to procure software that facilitates contouring and reviewing structures for radiation therapy treatment planning, thereby establishing machine readiness and patient treatment plans as part of standard care.

Work Details
The requirement includes the purchase of Radformation AutoContour software along with incidental services for installation. The software enables users to efficiently contour and review structures for radiation therapy treatment planning by sending a compressed raw binary CT file to a cloud-based AI automatic segmentation engine.
