VISN 15 Physiological Monitoring. See attached RFP for details

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15. The contract is for the procurement of Bedside Physiological Monitors for VISN 15. The solicitation will be conducted as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside.

Work Details
The Statement of Work (SOW) describes the requirement to provide a hardware upgrade to the existing Philips IntelliVue network, including bedside physiological monitors and adding three VISN 15 facility locations to the IntelliBridge Enterprise Interoperability (IBE) software platform. The offeror is required to provide all equipment, labor, material, and supplies necessary to replace all bedside monitors and their peripherals, create eastern orbit IBE environments for specific locations, and integrate equipment with the existing VISN 15 facility Philips PIIC iX systems. The offeror must also provide training, maintenance, and support services.

Place of Performance
The delivery will be made to various VA Health Care Systems located in VISN 15, including multiple VA Medical Centers and Health Care Centers.
