Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Great Lakes Acquisition Center (NCO 12), is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses to provide employee massage services at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, IL, and its six Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).

The goal of this contract is to enhance employee wellness through on-site massage therapy, which has been shown to reduce stress and improve overall health. This sources sought notice is intended for gathering information only and is not a request for quotes.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide on-site chair massage services to employees at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center and its CBOCs on a weekly basis for forty-two (42) weeks during each year of the contract.

The specific requirements include:
- One licensed and insured massage therapist on-site for an average of five (5) hours per day, one (1) day per week, for forty-two (42) weeks.
- The therapist must bring all necessary equipment including a massage chair, music, aromatherapy supplies, disposable face cradle covers, and cleaning supplies.
- Therapists must have at least five years of experience providing similar chair massage services.
- Massages will be performed fully clothed and will last 15-20 minutes each.
- Services must be scheduled to accommodate employees on all shifts with varying hours each week.
- Compliance with COVID-19 infection control protocols is mandatory.

Place of Performance
The primary location for services will be the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center at 820 S Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60612-3728. Additional locations may include various CBOCs in Chicago and surrounding areas.
