The Contractor will develop independent detailed environmental resource reports for purpose of supporting the environmental suitability of the site in support of the acquisition process. The purpose of these reports is to advise the senior leadership and shareholders of the environmental resources and infrastructure that could be impacted as part of the proposed action. These reports will also support data and analysis requirements for development of future National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation. This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside, therefore at the time of RFQ response and immediately prior to award, all offerors are required to be listed in the database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ as an SDVOSB. Delivery is in accordance with the delivery scheduled within the solicitation and will be finalized when the date of award is none.
