The VA National Acquisition Center (NAC) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL to interested sources to provide the following line items: ITEM # 1 NON-RECESSED FLOOR SCALES: Scales shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 1A NON-RECESSED FLOOR SCALE: Scale shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 2 AUTOMATED SOILED STORAGE/SORTING SYSTEM: Soiled storage and sorting system shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 3 AUTOMATED SOIL STORAGE/MONORAIL SYSTEM: Soiled storage and monorail system shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 4 WASTEWATER HEAT RECOVERY, WATER STORAGE/PUMPING/REUSE, STEAMLESS HEATING SYSTEM, WATER SOFTENING SYSTEM, AIR COMPRESSORS, REFRIGERATED AIR DRYERS: The system shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 5 ENERGY MONITORING SYSTEM: Energy monitoring system shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 6 Continuous Wash Extract Tunnel System with Dryers (STEAM-LESS): The system shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 7 250/300 Pound Non-Production Washer Extractor: The washer shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 8 SEMI AUTOMATIC CART WASHER/DRYER: The cart washer shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 9 STAPH BARRIER WALL FOR CONTINUOUS WASH EXTRACT SYSTEM (CWES) AND NON-PRODUCTION OPEN POCKET WASHER EXTRACTORS: The staph barrier wall shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 10 SEMI-AUTOMATED CLEAN SIDE MONORAIL SYSTEM: The clean side monorail system shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 11 200/300 POUND GAS HEATED DRYING AND CONDITIONING TUMBLER WITH EXTERNAL LINT COLLECTION: The lint collector system shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 12 Flatwork Sheet Separator with Conveyor System: The Flatwork Sheet Separator shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 13 MEDIUM PRODUCTION THERMAL FLUID FLATWORK IRONING SYSTEMS: The Thermal Fluid Flatwork Ironing System shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 14 NON-PRODUCTION 100/110 LB SOFT MOUNT WASHER EXTRACTORS: The non-production washers shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 15 110/120 POUND (NON-PRODUCTION) GAS HEATED DRYING AND CONDITIONING TUMBLERS: The non-production dryers shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 16 SMALL PIECE FOLDING MACHINES: The small piece folders shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 17 LINEN FOLDING TABLES: The linen folding tables shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 18 AUTOMATED CLEAN SIDE CLEAN TAKE AWAY CONVEYOR: The clean side take away conveyor(s) shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 19 BLANKET FOLDER SYSTEM: The blanket folding system shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 20 STEAM-LESS GARMENT TUNNEL FINISHER: The Garment Tunnel Finisher shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 21 TEXTILE PLANT INDUSTRIAL LINT BLOW DOWN FANS: The Lint Blow Down Fans shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 22 INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRY PLANT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: The Industrial Laundry Plant Management System shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 23 Ambient Air Filtration System: The air filtration system shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 24 COMMUNICATION/INTERCOM SYSTEM: The Communication System shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 25 CENTRAL WET/DRY VACUUM SYSTEM: The Central Vacuum System shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 26 Linen Storage Flow Rack Unit: The Linen Storage Flow Rack Unit shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. ITEM # 27 RETRACTABLE BLOW DOWN HOSE AIR REELS: The retractable blow down hose reels shall be in accordance with performance specifications on attachment II. This equipment is to be installed at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center located in West Palm Beach, FL. NAICS code 333318 is applicable to this procurement. The procurement is 100% Total Small Businesses set aside. Small Business Size Standard 1,000 employees are applicable to determine business size standard.
