PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Contracting Office intends to release a requirement to procure, install, and integrate into the current existing systems a Tablet Capsule Automation (TCA) (counting) system and Automatic Printing and Packaging Units to support processing levels from the TCA for the Great Lakes CMOP located in Hines IL.
