36 SFS Rental Vehicle (GUAM)

Background
The Department of the Air Force, Headquarters 36th Wing (PACAF) at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation for rental vehicles to support their mission. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Acquisition with a response date of 18 January 2024. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government based on the best overall offer that is determined to be the best value.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide leased vehicles for U.S. Armed Force Guam personnel, including safe, operable, and serviceable vehicles using pre-established unit prices. The vehicles must be in good working condition and able to withstand terrain with small rocks/hills. Approved vehicle colors include white, black, gray, blue, or red without any large decals or noticeable paint designs. The contractor is responsible for routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, dashboard indicator lights, exterior vehicle lights, tire swaps or patches, and any other safety concerns deemed by the 36 SFS and the installation driving regulations.
The contractor must also provide working replacements for vehicles removed for maintenance from the 36 SFS vehicle fleet.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract includes a need for 6 Sedans and 2 SUVs for a PoP of 42 days and 3 SUVs with a PoP for 90 days.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the rental vehicles is Andersen Air Force Base in Yigo, Guam.
