SUBJECT: 36 MXS Clausing Milling Machines

RESPONSE DATE: 27 JUNE 2025 at 1300 Chamorro Standard Time (CHST)

DESCRIPTION: I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance withthe format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in thisnotice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued usingsimplified acquisition procedures. II. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughFederal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03, effective date 17 January 2025, Defense FederalAcquisition Regulation Supplement change effective 17 January 2025, and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DAFFARS change effective 16 October 2024.

Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the Headquarters 36th Wing (PACAF) at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam, is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of milling machines. The goal of this contract is to acquire essential equipment that supports the operational capabilities of the 36 MXS (Maintenance Squadron).
