This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 for rental vehicles on Guam in accordance with the attached SOW. Please direct all questions, responses, and correspondance to christian.olivieri@us.af.mil.

This ammendment is posted to remove the requirement for 4WD vehicles as was in the original soliciation. 4WD vehicles are acceptable, but no longer required.

Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) by the Department of the Air Force. The contract will be awarded on a firm fixed price basis.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary for the delivery of leased vehicles with unlimited mileage for a period of 60 days. The specific vehicle requirements include full-size sedans, 12-passenger vans, and 4WD pickup trucks. The vehicles must meet various safety and operational criteria outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Additionally, the contractor must deliver each vehicle to Andersen Air Force Base in Guam by the agreed-upon date and time.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 25 September 2023 to 25 November 2023.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed in Guam.
