Background
The 319 Combat Training Squadron (319 CTS) requires a modernized Campus and Course Management System that would allow the 319 CTS to manage all aspects of their instructors, course management, scheduling of students, instructors, and classrooms, student enrollment and registration, and student management. The mission of 319 CTS is to provide responsive training in support of tactical, operational, and strategic joint and coalition space operations. Annually, 319 CTS educates more than 2,800 students from all branches of the United States military, other Government departments, and select allied nations.

Work Details
To accomplish the objectives of this Statement of Work, 319 CTS require the Contractor to accomplish tasks that delivery of a Course Management System with student information system capabilities to be incorporated into 319 CTS for staff, administrators, and students to use. The specific scope includes integrated databases with modern user interface/user experience (UI/UX), student LMS landing page/dash board, administrator landing page/dash board, expandable/modernizable features, course management details such as creating a course in the database with various fields like course name abbreviation, course description, course attendance eligibility requirements etc., lesson/event management details including abbreviation of course the event is assigned to, event codes/numbers, event duration etc., instructor certification management details including full name, certification date etc., instructor event qualification management details including full name of person being qualified, event qualification name etc., course scheduling management details including creating a schedule for a course offering with various fields like annual course offering outlook, offering dates linked to Registrar’s site etc., registrar functions for student registration containing various fields like course applying for, date of offering etc., IT requirements such as modernized indigenous database with local database administration and SQL 2019 compliant database.
