Project Manager, Maneuver Ammunition Systems (PM MAS) plans to negotiate on a sole source, single award, two-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to Black Hills Ammunition, Inc. (BHA), a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) Section 2304(c)(5) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-5(a)(2)(i) Authorized or Required by Statute, and applied by FAR 6.302-5(b)(7) Sole source awards under the WOSB Program.The contract will contain two one-year ordering periods for Fiscal Years (FY) 21-23 for the purchase of XM1163 .300 Norma Magnum (NM) ammunition.

The Contractor shall be responsible for manufacturing, testing, packaging, and delivery of .300 Norma Magnum (NM) XM1163 Ball Ammunition in accordance with contract requirments and the Technical Data Package (TDP), which is proprietary to the United States Government.. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 332993, Ammunition (Except Small Arms) Manufacturing.
