16. Description: The Government requires offers for two classes of vessel, as follows: (a) minimum 270 passenger capacity, and (b) minimum 570 passenger capacity. The Government intends to award a charter for a vessel in one of these categories; the determination on which category will be made by the Government prior to award, and will be based on the requirements on the day of award. (Decision on vessel class will be made by Government personnel not involved with the source selection.)

17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Eastern Mediterranean (Intentions: Larnaca, Cyprus); and the place/range of redelivery is Eastern Mediterranean, range and port in charter's option (Intentions: Larnaca, Cyprus). The laydays commence 15 April 2024 and cancel 30 April 2024, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The period of performance will be 30 days.
