280th SOCS Catering Services BPA   2

Background
The 187th Fighter Wing at Dannelly Aireld in Montgomery, AL intends to establish a Catering Services BPA for the 280th Special Operation Communication Squadron in Dothan, Alabama. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to perform Catered Meal Services, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor required to provide catered meals priced, per meal period. The purpose of this agreement is to provide a means of purchasing catering services on an as-needed-basis in connection with official government duties. The vendor shall furnish all food and labor required for meals if and when requested by the or authorized Ordering Officers (identified in the Ordering Officer Letter).
Catered services shall meet minimum commercial standards the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Award will be made without discussions. Prices will be all inclusive and the approved price list that it is in effect when the call was made. The catering contractor shall furnish a price list annually with beginning and ending dates to the . Price lists will not be effective until signed by the Contracting Officer.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance shall be a (5) Year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). All food must be delivered and available on site in the warmer, cooler, or serving line NLT 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise directed. The contractor shall provide services between the hours of 10:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. on UTA drill days as designated on the drill schedule and call. Performance shall be at Hall ANGS in Dothan, AL.
