250LS Small Steam Sterilizer

Background
Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is inviting proposals for the procurement of a 250LS Small Steam Sterilizer. The goal of this contract is to acquire a sterilization solution that meets specific technical specifications, with a preference for domestic solutions. The award will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items and specifications:
1. Quantity: 2
- AMSCO® 250LS Small Steam Sterilizer, dimensions 20" x 20" x 38" (508 x 508 x 965 mm)
- Features include an Allen-Bradley MicroLogix control system, A-B PanelView Plus 600 interface screen, steam-activated door seal (warranted for 2 years), and pressure vessels (warranted for 15 years).
- Specifications: Prevacuum, Manual Vertical Sliding Door(s), Single Door Cabinet, Standard Piping (Brass and Copper Threaded), Electric Steam Generator (Carbon Steel), Electrical requirements: 120V, 1Ph; 460/480V, 3 Ph (for vacuum pump and/or steam generator).

2. Quantity: 2
- Autoflush to electric steam generator.

3. Quantity: 2
- Loading Rack & Two Shelves for the sterilizer.

4. Quantity: 2
- Installation services for the sterilizer including uncrating, inspection, assembly, utility connections, and leveling at the site.

5. Quantity: 2
- Installation of Cabinet Package on the unit.

6. Quantity: 1
- Deinstallation of a Medium Sterilizer including necessary utility disconnections and transport within the facility.

Place of Performance
The equipment will be delivered and installed at Oak Ridge National Laboratory located at 1 Bethel Valley Road, Oak Ridge, TN.
