$249M Unrestricted A-E Environmental MATOC - USACE NWD_Solicitation   3

Background
This solicitation is for an Unrestricted Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a targeted pool of five contractors. The contracts will be awarded for a total of seven years; one five-year base and one two-year option. The acquisition will be used to procure highly specialized Environmental A-E Services required to primarily support the environmental missions for existing and future customers of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Northwestern Division (NWD) and other USACE District and Division AORs throughout the Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying areas.

Work Details
The A-E services will support USACE in executing the environmental mission for existing and future customers. The A-E selected would be required to have sufficient staff, flexibility, and capability to be available on an as-needed basis. Task orders will typically require performance both on-site and in an office setting. This MATOC will primarily be used to support the U.S. Air Force (USAF) in its modernization of the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center’s Sentinel Systems Directorate (AFNWC/NXD) program and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The geographic area of coverage of this MATOC is primarily within the Corps of Engineers – Northwestern Division (CENWD) area of responsibility (AOR) but may include support in other USACE Districts and Divisions AORs covering locations throughout the Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying areas as defined by Part 2.

Period of Performance
The resulting contract under this solicitation will have a total period of performance of seven years; one five-year base and one two-year option.

Place of Performance
The geographic area of coverage for this MATOC is primarily within the Corps of Engineers – Northwestern Division (CENWD) area of responsibility (AOR), but may include support in other USACE Districts and Divisions AORs covering locations throughout the Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying areas as defined by Part 2.
