Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
The prior closely related/potential incumbent contract 36C24224P0036 was awarded to United Access for $19,371 (10/02/23–01/31/24) for “MINIVAN CONVERSION” at the Syracuse VAMC (VISN 2). The current requirement similarly calls for a Toyota Sienna adaptive conversion van with specific installed adaptive driving/training features and conversion components, indicating the prior work likely represents the same type of minivan conversion effort as a continuation into the 2025–2026 vehicle procurement cycle.
