ND-Arrowwood NWR-UTVs

Background

Bidders must demonstrate the ability to meet technical specifications outlined in the solicitation. Offers must include trade-ins and provide lead time for delivery after receipt of order. Bidders are also required to submit a completed SF 1449 form with signature and company information.
