Background
This is the official solicitation for GSA's Medium & Heavy Duty Truck / Wrecker & Carrier Program which will close on September 2, 2022. The solicitation is targeted to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and their certified representatives that meet all trade, regulatory, and other conditions required to sell light duty passenger cars and trucks to the United States Government. The period of performance is sixty (60) months from the date of contract award, with no option periods.

Work Details
The solicitation consists of the solicitation document and 20 attachments as indicated in Section C.21. The Federal Standards can be found in Attachment 6 and Schedule of Items can be found in Attachment 7.
Vehicles to be provided under this acquisition must adhere to the Federal Standards 794AR and 807AE and be current model year production. The estimated quantities and estimated sales figures in Attachment 8 show projected sales amounts for the first full year of contract award. Commercial pricing structures are required.
Offerors may propose one or more standard item numbers solicited herein and may offer and be awarded more than one model per standard item number only to the extent such models were included in the Federal Standards AutoStandards submission.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is sixty (60) months from the date of contract award, with no option periods.
