Background
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) Norfolk, specifically the Strategic Sealift Program Support Office, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a 22-day Dry Cargo Time Charter. The purpose of this acquisition is to secure vessel(s) capable of meeting specific transportation requirements for military cargo.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide one U.S. or foreign flag roll-on/roll-off vessel with a door and cargo space height of at least 20 feet, capable of carrying 47,214 square feet of military cargo with a minimum laden speed of 15 knots.

The delivery location is Jacksonville, FL, with redelivery in Alexandroupolis, Greece. The charter period is approximately 22 days starting from September 7, 2025. Key tasks include:
