2026 FIFA World Cup Lodging - Hotel Room Block   2

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), through the White House Task Force (WHTF), is seeking to secure hotel room block services for the 2026 Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) World Cup Event. This initiative aims to support personnel and operational needs during the event by providing uniform terms, flexibility, and convenience across all designated U.S. cities hosting the World Cup.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide hotel room block services in all designated U.S. cities for the FIFA World Cup, securing a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of ten (10) rooms per city for WHTF personnel and affiliated travelers. The duration of stays may range from 20 to 44 days per city. Key requirements include:

1. Cancellation Flexibility: Cancellations allowed up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalties for unforeseen situations such as natural disasters or flight cancellations; name changes or guest substitutions permitted up to the date of arrival without penalties.

2. Uniform Terms: Consistent pricing, terms, and conditions across all cities.

3. Amenities: Loyalty benefits for travelers, complimentary parking, and free Wi-Fi access in all rooms and common areas.

4. Accessibility: Hotels must be located within a 3-mile radius of event venues with efficient transportation provided between hotels and venues.

5. Transportation Plan: Explore alternatives to traditional bus transportation for efficient travel between hotels and event venues.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from November 24, 2025, to August 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
Hotels will be located in various U.S. cities including Philadelphia, Atlanta, East Rutherford, Boston, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Kansas City, and Seattle.
