Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Twin Falls district, Idaho, is issuing a solicitation for tractor rentals to support fuels/fire rehabilitation projects. The goal of this contract is to provide high horsepower tractors (125 and 150 HP) that are capable of operating in rocky and uneven terrain, specifically for tasks such as pulling rangeland seeders, mowing decks, and rangeland discs.

The anticipated setup is a blanket purchase agreement for a period of five years.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish tractors as requested during the contract period from June 28, 2026, to June 27, 2031. Tractors must be brand name or equal to John Deere and equipped with front wheel power assist, drawbar with strap/pin fastener, implement hydraulic connections, power take off, dual tires, and three-point hitch. Fluid-filled tires are not permitted.

The vendor must ensure that prices are equal to or lower than those charged to the supplier’s most favored customer for comparable quantities. All orders must include delivery tickets containing specific information such as supplier name, BPA number, date of purchase, itemized list of supplies or services furnished, quantity and unit price. A summary statement/invoice must be submitted at least monthly or upon expiration of the BPA.

Place of Performance
Shoshone, Idaho with a 50-mile pickup radius limitation.
