2025 Presidential Inauguration Bus Transportation

Background
The Department of Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington is seeking small businesses capable of providing Charter Bus Transportation Service support for the 2025 Presidential Inauguration Parade. The contract will be awarded under a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. The historical contract reference is titled 2021 Presidential Inauguration Transportation Services under contract number N4008021P0002, which was awarded to contractor Adventure Tours By Dawn totaling $131,300.00.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, fuel, equipment and other items necessary to provide Charter Bus Transportation Service support to the Government for the upcoming 2025 Presidential Inauguration Parade. Transportation service will be required for two (2) separate dates: Monday, January 17, 2025 (Rehearsal Day) and Thursday, January 20, 2025 (Inauguration Day). The service will require twenty-eight (28), 55-passenger coach buses with lavatories to transport approximately 1,400 personnel from various locations including Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, NAS Patuxent River, NSA Bethesda, Washington Navy Yard, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Andrews Air Force Base, and the United States Naval Academy.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance will be from January 17, 2025 to January 20, 2025 for a total of three (3) days.

Place of Performance
The places of performance include various facilities within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Washington area of responsibility.
