2025 Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Advanced Capability and Navigation Engineering   2

Title: CPS Advanced & Alternative Navigation Development, FY25-FY29

Description: This procurement is for specialized engineering efforts for CPS Inertial Navigation Measurement and analysis, advanced navigation capability, flight-testing support, GPS applications and Electro Optical Alternative Navigation, (EO Alt Nav) guidance and reentry subsystems.

Pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), the Government intends to conduct negotiations with Charles Stark Draper Laboratory (CSDL), (Cage Code: 51993). Primary work location is Cambridge MA. The latest delivery date for hardware and software will be approximately September 2029; the period of performance for associated technical engineering efforts will be approximately from contract award through September 2029.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.

The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses must be received within fifteen days from the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
