This is a Request for proposal (RFP) number 140P5325R0016 Blue Ridge Parkway - Vista Clearing FY25
This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 January 17, 2025.
This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement.

The services consist of clearing scenic vistas along the Blue Ridge Parkway at designated locations in Virginia and North Carolina. These services include cutting trees, shrubs, brush, briars, and vines within specified depths of designated vistas, to provide vistas with clear and unobstructed views.
Period of Performance 8/15/2025 to 9/30/2026

Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD.
Site Visit: Offerors are highly encouraged to perform site visit at any time to inspect the site and fully understand the requirement and conditions.
