2024 DoD Consortia List for Other Transactions

In accordance with Section 833, Listing of Other Transaction Authority Consortia, of Public Law 116 283, the following Other Transaction (OT) Consortia website URL (https://aida.mitre.org/ota/existing-ota-consortia/) provides a current list of consortia used by the Secretary to announce or otherwise make available opportunities to enter into a transaction under the authority of section 2371 (now 4021) of title 10, United States Code, or a transaction for a prototype project under section 2371b (now 4022) of such title. The website provides existing consortia being used for this purpose in fiscal year 2024. The list will be updated annually at the end each fiscal year to reflect on-going DoD consortia
