THIS IS THE SOLICITATION FOR 2021-2023 MAINTENENACE DREDGING, ANCHORAGE HARBOR, ALASKA. PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED SOLICITATION.
Perform surveying, dredging and disposal of approximately 1,100,000 cubic yards of fine grained shoaled material annually for three (3) years at the Anchorage Harbor w ith an option to annually dredge 350,000 cubic yards of sandy material w ith some cobbles in Cook Inlet Navigation Channel. The dredging must be accomplished in a manner that keeps the Port of Alaska dock face accessible for shipping traffic at all times and allow s access to a new petroleum and cement terminal to be constructed at the south end of the Port. The Cook Inlet Navigation Channel, which is the marked entrance through Knik Arm Shoal to Anchorage Harbor, may also require periodic maintenance dredging.

Background
The solicitation is for the 2021-2023 Maintenance Dredging at Port of Anchorage, Alaska. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District, is issuing the contract.
