The purpose of this Amendment is to accomplish the following:
1. Incorporate the changes from Amendment 00002. Changes from Amendments 00001 and 00002 shall remain in red font.
2. Correct the quantity of Frozen Vaccine indicated in Section B, Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0006, 1006, 2006, 3006, and 4006, as indicated below.
3. Delete clause C.14 Homeland Security Presidential Directive -12 (HSPD-12) Requirements.
4. Update Attachment D.1, Section 19 Performance Based Matrix, as indicate below.
5. Remove provision E.9 Requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data and Data other than Certified Cost or Pricing Data.
