2.95 FTE MOD Physician Services BCVAMC

1.1. Services Provided: The Contractor shall provide 2.95 FTE Medical Officer of the Day (MOD) Physician Services at the . Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Battle Creek VA Medical Center (BCVAMC), located at 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, Michigan 49037. The Physicians shall be Board Certified /Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice and must have inpatient and outpatient experience. Physician Services on site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Battle Creek Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Hours of operation 6:00 pm to 7:00 am Monday thru Thursday and 6:00 pm Friday through 7:00 Am Monday (the entire Weekend) and all federal holidays. A single award FSS Blanket Purchase Agreement, (BPA) will be awarded. Period of performance, September 14, 2020 to September 13, 2021, base with four option years. The Contractor shall provide Credentialed Contractor Physicians with the NACI background check completed, to provide services starting September 14, 2020.
