2, 219 Catered Meals - NDARNG Annual Training

Background
The solicitation is for the NDARNG 1-188th ADA for catered meals during their Annual Training from 30 May 2024 - 15 June 2024. The performance shall be at the Grand Forks Armed Forces Reserve Center, 1501 S 48th Street, Grand Forks, ND 58201. The Department of the Army and National Guard Bureau are involved in issuing this contract. The requirement is a Small Business Set Aside. The evaluation factors for offers include price and menu.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide 2,219 catered meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the specified dates. The meals should include specific items as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) such as chilled juice, assorted dry cereal, pancakes with syrup and/or French toast for breakfast; one entrée, potato, cooked vegetable, salad, fruit, bread/rolls, butter/margarine patties, milk, coffee, fruit drink, and dessert for lunch and dinner.
Additionally, the contractor must provide all dinnerware required to serve the meals, remove and dispose of all trash that accumulates during the meal periods, clean the serving and eating areas after each meal, provide all standard condiments appropriate for the meals and submit a proposed menu with their offer.

The period of performance for this contract is from 30 May 2024 to 15 June 2024.

The contract will be performed at the Grand Forks Armed Forces Reserve Center located at 1501 S 48th Street, Grand Forks, ND 58201.
