2, 000 Aspect eWFM licenses   2

This is an award notice and not a solicitation. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Recovery Technology Programs Division (RTPD) purchased 2,000 additional Aspect electronic Workforce Management (eWFM) software licenses and maintenance to supplement existing Aspect eWFM licenses for the Individual Assistance Contact Center Services (IACCS) production environment. This is an urgent and compelling sole source follow-on award to Aspect Softeware, Inc. in direct support for Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria related activities and the surge staff required to support the disaster survivors.
