Description

This is a Solicitation notice for the 1st Stage Turbine Stator Support (TOBI). Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date stated on the bottom of pg. 2 of the attached Solicitation. No late quotes can be accepted. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained, and the source will be reviewed as a possible source for future awards.

Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) at Tinker AFB, is issuing this solicitation for the F100-PW-229 1st Stage Turbine Stator Support (TOBI) Modification and Airflow Validation.

The goal of this contract is to secure a firm-fixed-price agreement for the modification and validation services necessary for the turbine stator support system, which is critical for aircraft engine performance.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing the following supplies/services:
- F100-PW-229 1st Stage Turbine Stator Support (TOBI) Modification and Airflow Validation.
- The contract includes a two-year basic period with three one-year option periods.
- Offerors must provide detailed pricing information in the Schedule of Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs section, including unit prices and extended prices for each CLIN and/or SubCLIN.

Compliance with all specifications outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is mandatory.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a two-year basic period followed by three one-year option periods.
