Enclosed is a request for quotations (RFQ) for one right-hand drive official vehicle, locally made SUV. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The U.S. government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price, technically acceptable, in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. We intend to

award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Quotations are due by July 27, 2026 no later than 16:00 hours (Bangkok local time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.

Background
The U.S. Embassy in Bangkok is seeking to procure one right-hand drive, locally made SUV for official use by the CBP/CSI Office. This procurement aims to replace an existing vehicle and ensure compliance with local regulatory provisions. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price, technically acceptable offer.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide one right-hand drive, locally made SUV with the following specifications:
- Color: Black or Blue
- Engine: At least 2.7L 6-Speed Automatic with Sequential Shift
- Seats: Standard leather seats, driver seat 8-way power adjustable, second row passenger seat 4-way manual adjustable
- Safety features: Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake-Force Distribution (EBD), four-wheel drive with rear lock, parking sensor, PM2.5 filter system, panoramic view monitor system
- Wheels: Alloy Wheel 18" with 265/60R18 tires

The total amount will be paid in Thai Baht, VAT excluded. The following brand and model meet the minimum specification requirements: 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ 4WD 2.7L with Sequential Shift.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 30 days after the purchase order is awarded.

Place of Performance
U.S. Embassy Bangkok, Receiving Office, Rajdamri Compound.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be capable of procuring and delivering a vehicle manufactured in Thailand. This procurement is limited to vehicles manufactured locally to comply with applicable procurement requirements and local regulations.
