Background
The US Embassy in Islamabad is seeking bids from Open Market Vendors for the supply of Desktop UPS units. Work Details
The contract involves supplying 150 units of Desktop UPS with the following specifications: American Power Conversion (APC) BK650EI UPS, 230 VAC, 400 W, 650 VA, featuring (3) C13 Outlets and IEC-320 C14 Input with a minimum backup time of 4.7 minutes. Vendors are also required to provide estimated transportation and handling charges to New Jersey, USA. A complete product picture and specifications must accompany the quotation.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 15-25 days after receiving the Purchase Order.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to New York DA Office, SUVI LLC, 2801 Route 130, Unit 1, North Brunswick, NJ, 08902.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must prepare their quotations on company letterhead and include a list of clients for whom they have supplied similar items in the last two years. They must accept net 30-day payment terms and have a physical business address with good financial health. Additionally, bidders should submit tax-free quotes as the U.S. Embassy is exempt from applicable taxes.
