Background
The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office (GCPO), Engineering has a requirement for Underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) System that performs in a minimum surface speed of up to and including 4 knots current and to depths rated and tethered of 300m. The proposed system shall consist at a minimum, of an Underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) System. The system should provide a maneuverable device, with sonar/digital camera/s, accommodate heavier payloads, and of a rugged industrial build.
