Furnish management, administrative and production services, materials, tools, equipment, and required support to accomplish the removal of old deck covering and underlayment, and install new deck covering on board U.S. Navy and/or other military type vessels, including submarines, to include cosmetic polymeric; mastic; polyurethane; terrazzo; latex and epoxy type underlayment; vinyl or electrical grade matting; and ceramic, quarry, stratica or porcelain tile, etc. This will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract for a base year with four one-year options. Performance of work will be primarily on vessels located in a 50-mile radius of NSSA, Portsmouth, VA, but may be accomplished worldwide. Award will be based on best value procurement utilizing past performance, technical, and price as evaluation factors. The NAICS code is 336611, (Ship Building and Repairing). NSSA RMC currently contemplates making multiple awards under this solicitation, N50054-11-R-0001, but reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. One of these awards will be set-aside for a responsible firm in the Small Business HUBZone Program. It is not restricted to MSRA/ABR contractors. This is a follow-on procurement. The former contract numbers for decking were N40025-07-D-0001/0002/0003/0004.
