FY26 Dockside Repairs, NOAA Ship Oscar Elton Sette

Background

1. American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Guidance for Certification of Lifting Appliances
2. Application Guidelines for International Intershield 6LV & 6GV
3. Caterpillar Maintenance Management Schedule for Marine Engines (SEBU6102)
4. CFR 46, Subchapter W, Part 199.190 regarding Lifesaving Equipment
5. Data Sheets for International Intershield 456 and Interthane 990
6. NOAA Ship Oscar Elton Sette Technical Manual, OS-575-04
7. Various technical manuals related to Kato generators and other equipment aboard the vessel.

Additionally, government-furnished materials will be provided, including manuals and technical documents necessary for completing the work.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from November 17, 2025, to January 2, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the location where the NOAA Ship Oscar Elton Sette is docked.
