Background
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), specifically the Marine Operations Center – Pacific Islands (MOC-PI) on behalf of the Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), is soliciting for drydocking repairs to the NOAA ship Oscar Elton Sette.
