Provide Drydocking and Ship Repair to NOAA Ship Rainier

Background
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking to provide drydocking and ship repair services for the NOAA Ship Rainier. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and maintenance of the vessel, which plays a critical role in NOAA's mission of understanding and predicting changes in the Earth's environment.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing drydock repairs on the NOAA Ship Rainier. Specific services include but are not limited to:
- Drydocking of the vessel
- Comprehensive ship repair services as required
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and standards.

The work will be administered by EAD-OMAO, located at 200 Granby St Suite 815, Norfolk VA 23510, USA, with delivery to be made to Ship Rainier MOP-RA.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance is primarily at the drydock facilities where the NOAA Ship Rainier will be serviced.
