187.5A Unipolar EIC ESR Quad Power Supplies

Background
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC is seeking proposals for the supply of 187.5A Unipolar EIC ESR Quad Power Supplies as part of their mission to support the Electron-Ion Collider project at Brookhaven National Laboratory.

The goal of this contract is to procure high-quality power supplies that meet specific technical specifications and quality assurance requirements.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver the following items:
- 16 each of 187.5A Unipolar EIC ESR Quad Power Supplies
- 16 each of Kit, AC input cover for 3-phase 480VAC (10-15kW, 3U)

Specifications include:
- Warranty: The power supplies must be warrantied for a period of five years from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Quality Assurance: The contractor must maintain an effective quality assurance system and provide a Certificate of Conformance with each component delivered.
- Inspection/Testing: Equipment must undergo various tests including High Potential Testing, operational checks, and burn-in tests to ensure compliance with specifications.

Period of Performance
The effective date for this contract is August 30, 2024.
