Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Aw ard Task Order Contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair and construction services in support of the 182nd Airlift Wing in Peoria, IL. These multidisciplined contracts will consist of a Base Award Period of five (5) years. The total contract period shall not exceed five (5) years, with a total program capacity of $15,000,000 for all task orders placed against this contract . This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. NAICS Codes: 236220, $39.5M is the small business size standard. The Government intends to award at least three (3) and up to seven (7) or more contracts to offerors that are responsible and that submit proposals that are acceptable and reasonable. At the task order level, the contracting officer may set-aside an individual task order for other socio-economical programs. Persons intending on offering a proposal are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference and the Site Visit that immediately follows the Pre-Proposal Conference.
