This procurement is a sole-source, Unrestricted item, utilizing other than Full and Open Competition. This is a Flight Safety, Critical Application and Safety Item. Export controls apply. The following terms apply, FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Production delivery is 416 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO).

Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR), apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal.

This solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction. The Reverse Auction will be conducted online and you must register your company at dla.procurexinc.com in order to participate. Suppliers are encouraged to access Procurex to self-register and review the available training to learn how to participate in an auction. Suppliers who do not self-register will be loaded into Procurex by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation. The solicitation issue date is 22 August 2017 with a closing date of 21 September 2017.
