1610 - Repair/Re-Manufacture of LPC Blades

Fleet Readiness Center East requires repair/remanufacture of Rolls Royce Pegasus F402-RR-408B Engine low-pressure compressor 1st, 2nd, and 3rd stage blades. A process entitled Low Plasticity Burnishing LPB proprietary to Surface Enhancement Technologies will be applied to the blades to return them to a like new condition. Please see the attached draft PWS for more details. An IDIQ with a base-year and four one-year options is anticipated.
